I want this site to feel more like a notebook than a landing page.

The old version worked as a static bio, but it forced every update through hand-edited HTML. That is the wrong bottleneck. If a site is meant to hold ongoing thoughts, the publishing system should make writing easy and layout boring.

So this version has a clearer rule:

  • The homepage should introduce me.
  • The archive should collect public writing.
  • Drafts and half-formed ideas should stay private until I decide they are ready.

That separation matters. A good personal site is not only a public artifact. It is also a working surface for thinking.

I want to write about startups, product taste, sales, sport, travel, and the things I learn while building. Some posts will be polished. Others will be shorter operating notes. The point is to make publishing frequent enough that the site becomes useful, but selective enough that the archive still feels intentional.
